Thank you for your reservation!
Here are the next steps:

1. INVOICE  
We daily prorate the move in month so we'll send you an invoice for the first months charges.  

2. LEASE  
We'll also send you the lease agreement & recurring payment form that you can sign online via hellosign.  

3. MOVE IN  
Once we receive your executed lease and payment form your 1st payment will be applied and your gate code will be activated on the move in date you requested.  Your gate code and unit number are included on both the invoice and the lease agreement so be sure to keep them for reference.  

4. GRAB YOUR LOCK  
Your lock will be in your unit waiting for you.  Be sure to bring a knife or scissors as the package can be difficult to get open.
